How does this work?

We are holding a virtual holiday concert! Meaning you are watching a live broadcast of us playing holiday favorites! Select your ticket and you will receive an email link with how to access the show. Interact LIVE at the scheduled time or re-watch whenever!

Do I have to watch live?

Nope! Your ticket lets you watch and interact live during the scheduled show. After that, your ticket lets you watch whenever and as much as you like!

Can I watch this at my Family Christmas?

Absolutely! This show is totally family friendly and we WANT to be a part of your holiday celebration - whenver that is. Simply purchase a show ticket and watch on demand, whenever you like after that date.

Do I need a ticket for everyone watching?

Nope! Only one ticket needed per device. So if you wanted to gather the family around the computer, you can all watch together. Only If you wanted multiple device (phone, Ipad) you would need multiple tickets

How do I watch on my TV?

The show is accessed through a web browser, so if you have a smart TV with a web browser, you are good to go. You can also hook your computer up to the tv with an hdmi cord or similar. Stream wirelessly from your phone through apps like AirPlay, ChromeCast, Screen Mirror apps search in your app store. How do I chat live during the show?

To chat with us live you will need either a YouTube account or you can text us 310-294-8710 (will be on the screen too!). You do NOT need a YouTube account to watch the stream; only to use the chat function.

I don't see the email with access code - help!
